A subprocessor is a third party ResvPro engages to process personal data on behalf of our business customers ("Operators"). This page is the authoritative, current list. It is referenced by our Data Processing Addendum and our Privacy Policy.
Every subprocessor below is subject to a written agreement imposing data protection obligations no less protective than those in our DPA, and is reviewed for security and privacy practices before engagement.
Under Section 6.2 of our Data Processing Addendum, ResvPro gives Operators at least 30 days' notice before a new subprocessor begins processing personal data. Notice is given by updating this page and by email to the account's administrative contact.
Operators may object on reasonable data-protection grounds within that period. If we cannot resolve the objection in good faith, the Operator may terminate the affected Services and receive a pro-rata refund of prepaid unused fees.
To receive change notices by email, write to privacy@resvpro.com and ask to be added to the subprocessor notification list.
| Subprocessor | Role | Personal data processed | Location |
|---|---|---|---|
| Twilio Inc. | Telephony and messaging — call connectivity, SMS delivery, delivery receipts | Phone numbers, call metadata and audio, message content, consent and opt-out records | United States |
| Google LLC (Google Workspace) | Business email and productivity for ResvPro personnel supporting the Operator | Contact details and any personal data contained in support correspondence | United States |
| Webflow, Inc. | Hosting of resvpro.com and its forms | Contact details submitted through Site forms | United States |
The following categories will be engaged before production processing begins. Each will be named on this page, with the 30 days' notice described in Section 1, before it processes any Operator personal data.
| Category | Purpose | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Cloud infrastructure and managed database hosting | Application hosting and data storage | Not yet selected |
| AI model providers — voice and text generation | Call handling, transcription, and response generation | Not yet selected; will be engaged on a zero-retention or no-training basis |
| Voice synthesis and voice cloning provider | Optional voice feature, only where the Operator enables it | Not yet selected |
| Payment processor | Operator subscription billing | Not yet selected |
| Error monitoring and analytics | Service reliability and diagnostics | Not yet selected |
No voice recording or voice model is transmitted to a voice cloning provider until that provider is named in Section 2 above and the Operator has received notice under Section 6.2 of the DPA.
ResvPro does not use Operator Data to train general-purpose AI models, and contractually prohibits its AI subprocessors from training their models on Operator Data. AI model providers engaged as subprocessors will process Operator Data on a zero-retention or limited-retention basis, and the basis applying to each will be stated in the table in Section 2 when that provider is named.
